How we agree and carry out the work
We review the current screens and how operators use them. We agree on views, alarms, trends and recipes, then check tags, PLC communication and behaviour when a connection is lost. The scope can include a new visualisation, changes to an existing HMI or a move to a new panel. Screens are checked with test data and then at the machine.
The PLC program must provide the signals needed for screens and diagnostics.
Commissioning tests let operators check views, alarms and recipes at the machine.
Limits of the team’s scope
We handle a machine visualisation or a defined part of an installation. A plant-wide system with multiple sites, round-the-clock operation support and a large rollout team exceeds the scope we can take on independently.
