NexControl is a team of four automation engineers with complementary experience in programming, commissioning and work on industrial sites. We gained our experience on real installations before this brand existed.

The work described here comes from team members’ earlier projects, before NexControl was formed. It is not a portfolio of NexControl projects. Plant, client and former employer names remain confidential. We can discuss the technical scope without disclosing those details.

Process automation
Team members worked on chemical and food industry installations. Their scope included PLC programming, visualisation, troubleshooting, upgrades and commissioning. Some earlier work also involved DCS systems such as PCS 7. This is additional experience within the team.

Machine automation
Experience with production machines, including solutions for the food industry. Machine sequences, manual and automatic modes, operator panels and start-up at the end user.

Material handling
Control of a pallet transport system based on roller conveyors and a lift, working together with a robot. Signal exchange between devices, pallet tracking logic and handling of fault states.

Upgrades and service
Work on running installations, where you first have to understand someone else's program and documentation before changing anything. Troubleshooting, software modifications, control system extensions and support during commissioning. This includes setting up connections between controllers and devices and diagnosing communication faults.

Documentation and assembly
Earlier work by team members included cabinet assembly and prefabrication, as well as EPLAN drawings. That experience helps when checking drawings against wiring and recording changes after commissioning.
