NexControl is a brand run jointly by the Joint Controllers. It is not a separate legal entity.

Joint responsibility

The Joint Controllers share responsibility for data processed through the contact form, requests for offers, service requests and related correspondence. This covers the website and work carried out jointly under the NexControl brand.

Summary of the joint arrangement

The Joint Controllers jointly decide why and how NexControl inquiries are processed. They share responsibility for data security, providing information about processing and handling requests to exercise data protection rights.

The shared contact point and postal address are listed in the Joint Controllers section. A data protection request will be handled regardless of which Joint Controller receives it.

You can exercise your rights with either Joint Controller. You may use the shared e-mail address, but you do not have to.

Contact form and correspondence

Data entered in the form or sent by e-mail (e.g. name, company, e-mail address, phone, site location, description and attached files) is processed only to reply to your inquiry and, if applicable, to prepare an offer or cooperation.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Attachments sent via the form reach us by e-mail; copies stored on the server are deleted automatically after 90 days. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any cooperation.

Our hosting and e-mail providers may have access to the data, only to the extent necessary to provide their services.

Cookies and similar technologies

Essential: the contact form uses a technical session cookie (abuse protection and the confirmation message). Your analytics choice is stored in your browser's local storage. These do not require consent.

Analytics, only with your consent: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.). The Google Analytics script is not loaded until you consent. After consent, Google sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the "Cookie settings" button in the footer.

Anonymous server statistics

We count aggregate page views, clicks and sent inquiries without visitor identifiers, IP addresses or active visitor detection.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, the right to object and the right to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).

To exercise these rights, you can write to the shared e-mail address at the beginning of this policy or contact either Joint Controller directly. The rights available depend on the legal basis and circumstances of the processing.
